Meet Our Executive Team

Joseph Muley - General Manager

Joe Muley is the General Manager for CE Florida. Mr. Muley has over 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He served for 6 years as Market Manager with Carrier Sales and Distribution and led his team to tremendous results until his appointment as the General Manager in 2009.

Prior to joining Carrier Sales and distribution Mr. Muley worked for Sears Roebuck & Company for 28 years with his last role as Vice President/General Manager for their Heating and Air Conditioning business.

Steve Ramage - Regional Finance Manager

Steve Ramage is the Regional Finance Manager for CE Florida. Mr. Ramage has over 24 years of accounting experience. Steve began his career with Carrier Corporation in 1989 where he held leadership roles in increasing roles of responsibility. Mr. Ramage joined CE Florida in 2007 and has led the organization through the toughest of economic times.

Mr. Ramage holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Clarkson University and holds a CPA certification in New York State.

Tony Brinkmeier - Regional Operations Manager

Tony Brinkmeier is the Regional Operations Manager for CE Florida. Mr. Brinkmeier is responsible for all of the Warehouse, Shipping and Logistics, Warranty, and Customer Service operations in CE Florida since joining the organization in 2006. Prior to CE Florida Mr. Brinkmeier served as Director of Plant Operations for Clarke American. Under his leadership with CE Florida Mr. Brinkmeier has helped CE Florida to become one of the best run distribution operations in CE.

Mr. Brinkmeier earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Operations Management from Auburn University.

Curtis Pierre - Regional Human Resources Manager

Curtis Pierre is the Regional Human Resources Manager for CE Florida. Curtis brings over 15 years of diversified Human Resources experience to his current role. Prior to CE Florida Mr. Pierre has held a variety of leadership positions with Hyatt Hotels, Hughes Supply and HD Supply. Mr. Pierre joined CE Florida in 2007 and has played a key role in aligning the Human Resources function with the business strategies.

Curtis holds a BA degree from the University of Central Florida and a MBA from Troy University. Mr. Pierre is also a trained Six Sigma green belt and holds a Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Skip Arok - Regional Aftermarket Manager

Skip Arok is the Regional Aftermarket Manager for CE Florida. Mr. Arok has extensive and diversified industry experience beginning in1980 as a project manager for one of the largest HVAC Mechanical contractors in New York. For the last 7 years Mr. Arok has held various sales roles of increasing responsibilities with Carrier. Mr. Arok's diversified experience and strong HVAC background has helped him lead the CE Florida Aftermarket business to strong growth and solid momentum for the future.

Ray Johnson - Regional Technical Support Manager

Ray Johnson is the Regional Technical Support Manager for CE Florida. His 30 years of technical experience at every level of the HVAC industry and his superior communication and customer service skills has made Ray a leader in the industry. Mr. Johnson has served CE customers and business partners since 1994 and is well known and respected throughout the industry. Mr. Johnson has been NATE certified since 1999 and currently is an advising HVACR member of the Mid Florida and Westside Tech advisory Councils.

He holds and AA Degree from Seminole State College and is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Rollins College.

Jessie Barrack - Regional Marketing Manager

Jessie Barrack is the Regional Marketing Manager for CE Florida. Mr. Barrack has been a part of the CE organization as a Sales and Marketing professional for almost 15 years. He has held several roles of increasing responsibility including Territory Manager, Bryant Brand Manager, Market Manager and his current position as Marketing Manager.

Mr. Barrack holds a B A degree in Marketing and an MBA in Management from Rollins College. Mr. Barrack's experience and dedication to CE Florida customers have helped lead the organization through several years of growth and significant change.
